Available by middle of March, this is a two bedroom one bathroom apartment, neighbors are friendly we hang out all the time, and I been living in here for over 3years.My housemate need to move out because she wants to live with her boyfriend,so I need to find someone to take over her spot.The lease will End in August, but I prefer renter would extend the lease until next year August,IM NOT LOOKING FOR A SHORT TERM RENTER, SO PLEASE DON'T BOTHER IF YOU ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR A 5 MONTHS RENTAL.Pets are welcome but only cats please, NO DOGS.we have the laundry room, at the apartment area, it is one dollar for washing one dollar for drying.Im a pretty clean person and responsible so i prefer to live with people that are clean, and responsible too.we are close to Amtrak station , only takes 2 mins by walking. From the apartment to UC.Davis is only 15-20 mins by walking, if you got a bike or car, it wouldn't take more than 10 mins to get to the campus.(I walk to school everyday!)Email me for more details and pictures, thank you guys !
